SiteAsset™ is the new name for iAsset®.

SiteAsset provides an intuitive, user-friendly and logical method of collecting site-based asset-related data.

Condition, attributes, geographical location, size, images and defects are all easily captured using SiteAsset.

SiteAsset is aimed at organisations that need to manage and maintain substantial numbers of externally-located assets. Such organisations would typically include Local and Transport Authorities, large estates, parks and utility companies.

This free version works on a "stand-alone" basis and although it is more than capable of being used to collect asset/defect/condition data, it cannot communicate with your network - unlike the PAY version. Therefore, most organisations would probably want to use this free version as a way of evaluating the functionality available in the PAY version (which allows total integration with your network and existing systems).

The categories and definitions of assets contained within this free version are limited to those defined by the developers - unlike the PAY version, which has its values taken from the customers existing systems and custom definitions, which PAY-users can setup themselves in a centrally-managed database.

SiteAsset (free version) definitions will be updated on a twice-weekly basis by the developers.
